Christine Bilbrey, MD

Dr. Christine Bilbrey is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over a decade of clinical experience helping individuals navigate mental health challenges with compassion, evidence-based care, and personalized treatment approaches. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental wellness journey.

Dr. Bilbrey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry with Distinction from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2002, then completed her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Texas in 2006. She completed her Adult Psychiatry Residency at the University of Vermont in 2012.

Throughout her career, Dr. Bilbrey has held distinguished clinical and academic positions, including faculty appointments at Weill Cornell Medicine / NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and the University of Vermont. She has also worked in private practice in Manhattan and provided psychiatric care through Kaiser Permanente in Northern California.

Dr. Bilbrey is board-certified in Adult Psychiatry and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is an active member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Psychopharmacology Institute, reflecting her ongoing commitment to staying current with advancements in psychiatric care and psychopharmacology.
